Return & Exchange Window

You may request a refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item meets the following conditions:

  • Product is unused, in its original packaging, with all manuals, accessories, and seals intact

  • A valid purchase invoice is available

  • The request is made through our support team at support@zeronixstore.com

Note: Opened software, consumables (like printer ink), and items marked as non-returnable are not eligible for return.
Please note that the Zeronix Store return policy may vary depending on the product category.

Items Not Eligible for Refund

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for the following:

  • Products that are physically damaged after delivery

  • Items without original packaging or missing accessories

  • Customized PCs, opened components, or items modified after delivery

  • Digital licenses, downloads, or subscription-based software

  • Products listed as “Non-Returnable” or “Final Sale”

Exchange Policy

We will replace or exchange products if they are:

  • Defective or dead on arrival

  • Damaged in transit (reported within 24 hours)

  • Incorrect item delivered

In such cases, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photo evidence and your order number.

Refund Method

  • Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after product inspection and approval.

  • If you paid via bank transfer or COD, we will issue the refund via bank transfer after collecting your account details.

Note: Refunds may take additional time depending on your bank’s processing timelines.

  • To return a product, please contact our support team first.

  • Items must be packed securely to avoid damage during transit.

  • In most cases, return shipping charges will be borne by the customer unless the item is damaged, defective, or wrongly delivered.
